Administrative Professional Program
Administrative Professional Program Employers need administrative professionals that are able to handle complex responsibilities. In this 200 hour hands-on programs student will gain certification level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of office management systems and procedures. In addition, this course will teach students how to organize and schedule appointments using software, draft letters, emails and other communications, prepare reports and presentations, plan meetings, and manage other general administrative activities.
