New Choices Career Development Program
Your journey to career success.
New Choices is a free, statewide career development course with 30 years of success in empowering Pennsylvanians with the skills, resources and support they need to find meaningful employment. Through in-person and virtual classes and one-on-one career coaching, the program is designed to give participants individualized attention and training to help each person achieve
personally and professionally.
Through New Choices, job seekers undergo career exploration, set professional goals, develop a winning resume, practice interviewing techniques, and navigate the job search process. Ultimately, our New Choices clients join a community that provides the expertise and support that builds confidence and leads to success.
Upcoming Program Schedule
Classes run upon request of students.听We offer virtual, in-person and hybrid classes.听
In-person Classes from 10 a.m. to 4听p.m. (approximately):

New Choices has been offering career services for 39听years to clients from all backgrounds. Each year, at least 75% of our students are successful in obtaining work or furthering their education.
New Choices is a program of Pennsylvania Women Work and is provided听at no cost to all job-seekers thanks to funding from the Department of听Labor and Industry.
